The Alyssa Sangeeta Jacobson Foundation, Inc. named after a truly remarkable young lady who passed away suddenly on November 9, 2019. The Foundation has been created to enable young people to have opportunities for growth and success both directly through scholarship opportunities or indirectly through the work of community partners.

Alyssa earned undergraduate and graduate degrees and was grateful for the support she received in her life. The scholarship is dedicated to those who may need a little extra assistance in achieving education goals, because Alyssa hoped others could have support to achieve their goals.

Formerly administered by Friends of Youth Services & Palm Beach County, Inc., with eleven (11) scholarship recipients since 2020, the scholarship now will be administered by Alyssa Sangeeta Jacobson Foundation, Inc.

The Mission of the Alyssa Sangeeta Jacobson Foundation, Inc., is to promote and support children and young adults in their pursuit of quality education through need-based scholarships and access to the arts.
